Our Renovation Process

Consultation and Project Assessment
During this initial phase, we get to know the client, discuss their preferences, and establish a general concept for the renovation. Design Development

Final Estimate and Contract Signing
With the design finalized, we calculate all associated costs, including labor, materials, and additional services, to create a comprehensive estimate. This step ensures clients have a full understanding of the overall budget. We then move on to signing a contract that spells out each party’s responsibilities, the payment schedule, and the project timeline.
Preparatory Work
Before major renovation tasks begin, any outdated finishes or worn structural elements are removed as needed. Construction debris is contained and hauled away to approved disposal sites. Meanwhile, our team coordinates the purchase and delivery of all necessary materials, adhering to the project’s budget and schedule.
Rough-In and Mechanical Systems
Next, the walls, ceilings, and floors are leveled and prepped for final finishing. When all finishing work is done, we set up furniture and install appliances. Project Delivery and Cleanup
